Foscam Pro: Multi IP Camera Viewer App Reviews

I have been using this app for about 8 years with not one problem. And I use it daily. I tried other apps but none seem to work as well as this Foscam PRO. Stay away from the Foscam app it is a nightmare. Thank you Foscam PRO!

I emailed the support few times without answers, but it crashed when you try to put the sounds or if you open on your iphone it crashed on your ipad. I keep using it so far as i didnt pay for any other aps, i just hope developper will update it soon as last time was in 2015.

This app works great if youre on the LOCAL NETWORK. If youre trying to connect in remotely, youre out of luck. It could maybe connect 1-2 out of 10 cameras. The rest keep saying theyre still trying to connect. I dont have any issue with connecting in remotely from other foscam app

This ap for the FoscamPro is the best Ive found so far. Its easy to set up and use as long as you have your network properly configured.

And even easier to use. Motion detection notification and great screen-drag navigation. Smooth transition from home wifi to a cell network. Nice job! As Spock says, LLAP.

It works good if Im home on the network but very hard and slow to connect when out in the world which is when I need it the most. Found one of the free apps that worked much better.

Worked fine with one camera even though app UI is frustrating. Added second camera and now both of my cameras wont work.

This App so far works way better than the Foscam App that I am unable to setup my cameras in and also better than IP camera viewer that resets the camera from 720HD to 640*480 every time I select the camera with my phone???? So far so good with this app running two 720HD cameras and two 640*480SD ones and am able to view OK with this App.

I read reviews,obviously the ones that gave 5 stars were possibly false, anyway, I thought that this would be an easy setup. My other app. Worked great and set up was almost automatic, the only thing was, I wanted to access more than one camera on my iPad Air. This app said that I could, so I purchased. This was the most unresponsive app. That Ive ever tried. Cannot connect any cameras, ask for info that who knows where to find it. Total waste of my time. Ill stay with OWLR app. Easiest to install. Guess my $4.99 is gone ! I doubt that this review will be posted. Well see.

For the most part the app works great, much better than the Foscam official app. The major problem I have is that the stream will "get stuck" and stop. This is especially a problem when you use a camera as a baby monitor and you no longer get any sound and video, it just stays stuck in time. There are no issues with my local network which I am streaming over and this I s a brand new Foscam ptz camera. I end up having to restart the app in the middle of the night to get it working again.

Overall a good app. It would be nice if the app didnt affect music being played when you are not listening to camera sound.

This app stopped working, always get an "unknown error". The original Foscam app still works for me (free)... no response from support. No settings have changed, very odd that the original Foscam app works no problem

Not recommended for a baby monitor. It keeps logging me out and/or disconnecting when I am not viewing the camera. So every time I open the app or switch from viewing another camera it has to take a few minutes to log in again, wait for the delay to catch up, etc. not good when youre trying to see what is happening with your child and if you should storm in and get them if something is seriously wrong or let them sleep. Definitely dont trust the audio. Have a separate audio monitor and movement monitor because the motion detection is dubious. I am using two different foscam models and both have their problems.

It is possible to go back to version 2.0 ? After this new update does not connect more than one camera at the same time. Id like to go back to version 2.0 .
