Good support for an otherwise great app!

So the app is a very useful one, well worth the price. I can also add that when I had technical difficulties John ( I guess the app author) provided a very fast response and was actually on the right track in terms of providing a solution. If you own a camera that can be serviced by this app, definitely buy it. Both the technical features and now I discovered the support for it is 5 star quality!
