No support - no remote monitoring

I bought this app specifically for the remote functionality. Im extremely disappointed that now after two weeks of reaching out to support that I have yet to get a response, or even have someone open my email (I know because Im a Yesware subscriber).

If someone from Synaptic Edge reads this please send help!
