I recommend this app

With some experience in using of Foscam with both embedded s/w and with Synology and some other soft for Nokia... I would say: This is best one. Because - it works (can you imagine it is not so obvious ;), because it is easy to use and works really smoothly and fast. Thats it. Good luck!
